Cheryl Naomi Davis has served in ministry for over twenty years. She started in the local church choir as a praise & worship leader. She shares a business acumen with the body of Christ as an administrator, as well as a gift to lead as a pastor. She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting and a Master of Arts in Education from California State University, Northridge; a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Honorary Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies from St. Thomas College. She is certified facilitator who works with nonprofit and faith-based organizations to enhance leaders and team building.

She is known within her community as Amma (mother). She serves as the Co-adjutor bishop in the religious organization established by her pastor and mentor the late Archbishop Veron Mar Enoch Ashe (++Memory Eternal). The Mar Thoma Orthodox Church (MTOC), Archbishop Avi Abraham Penhollow, Presider, joins a liturgical tradition with a Pentecostal experience.
